How to Service Lash Adjusters with Camshafts Installed on 2003 Jeep Wrangler?

To service hydraulic lifters with camshafts installed, remove the cylinder head cover, camshafts and rocker arm. Mark lifters for reassembly, making sure they are filled with oil before they are installed. And reinstall the rocker arm for each lifter and the camshafts and cylinder head cover.
