How to Maintain and Fix a Piston and Its Connecting Rod on 2003 Jeep Wrangler?

To service the piston and connecting rod, remove the cylinder head, and use a ridge reamer. Mark pistons with cylinder numbers and then remove oil pan. Take out the pistons and rods with proper orientation. Install new bolts, torque to 54Nm plus 1/4 turn and check side clearance.
