How to Remove and Replace a Piston in an Engine on 2002 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to change the piston, take off the engine cylinder head cover, rocker arm, push rods and cylinder head. Apply a ridging reamer on the walls of the cylinders, draining the oil and eliminating the oil pan. Check and remove dirt or dirt and clean piston and connecting rod followed by replacing parts, taking care to align and lubricate.
