How to Service and Repair an ABS Control Module in the Hydraulic Control Unit on 2004 Chrysler Crossfire?

Before you start, clean the top of the Hcu especially over the hydraulic lines numbered 1 to 6 to avoid debris from entering the brake line holes. With all the hydraulic lines and their connections marked, remove them from the Hcu and finally seal them with good plugs. Take out the hydraulic controller unit connector from the Cab and then remove the Hcu by moving the hydraulic lines away and pulling the Hcu up. During setup, look at the rubber grommets and check how well they are seated and in what condition, changing them if required. Install the hydraulic lines correctly at the designated places so they do not become cross-threaded. Link the hydraulic controller unit harness back to the Cab, release any air from the brake system and with the Drbiii, check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes that you may need to clear.
