How to Service an Exhaust Heat Shield on 2004 Chrysler Crossfire?

Take out the muffler before starting to service the rear heat shield. After that, undo the nuts securing the heat shield and remove the shield itself. Set up the heat shield, attach it with its nuts and tighten each to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.), before reinstalling the muffler.
