2004 Chrysler Sebring A/C Condenser Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service an A/C Condenser on 2004 Chrysler Sebring?
A: You should use a machine designed for R134a refrigerants to recover the HVAC condenser's refrigerant before starting any other service steps. After that, take off the front fascia, upper radiator support cross-member and transmission cooler lines. Following this, unhook the air conditioning lines and cap them to stop moisture from getting inside your system. After handling those bolts, take out the condenser and lift it out of the vehicle. To install the condenser, gently place it into the vehicle and hold it with the provided bolts. Change the O-rings and join back the A/C and transmission cooler lines. Replace the upper radiator support and front fascia and once that is done, evacuate and recharge the air conditioning system.
