  A: Begin the Hydraulic Control Assembly service for Antilock Brakes by installing a brake pedal holder and pressing on the pedal for one inch, to disconnect the master cylinder. First, detach the battery's negative cable and place it aside, next disconnect the positive cable and lift out the battery from the tray, securing it using one nut. Detach the nut and bolt connecting the air cleaner box, unplug the wiring at the air inlet sensor and lift the box to get to the mounting bolts on the battery tray. Twist and remove the two bolts and two nuts holding the battery tray and disconnect the brake tubes from the master cylinder's two inlets, plugging the ports. Detach the 24-way connector from the Controller Antilock Brake attached to the Integrated Control Unit, remember to use labels on the brake lines so you cannot get confused between them.
