How to Service and Repair a Vapor Canister on 2004 Dodge Neon?

To repair the Evaporative Emission Control Canister, disconnect the negative battery cable and lift up the vehicle. Remove both hoses and a nut to remove the canister. Reinstall it using 2 nuts tightened to 6.7 N m, reconnect hoses and tighten bracket nut to 22.4 N m then lower the vehicle.
