How to Service and Repair the Canister Purge Valve on 2004 Dodge Neon?

To check the Canister Purge Valve, lift the vehicle and remove the electrical connector and vacuum tubes. Take the valve out of the bracket making sure that it is in the right position when it is installed. Install the valve again on the bracket followed by the vacuum tube and electrical connector and then get the vehicle down.
