How to Maintain a Window Motor for the Front Door on 2004 Dodge Neon?

To service the front door window motor, disconnect the battery negative cable and move the window up. Remove the door trim panel and water shield, then unscrew the radio speaker. Pivot the motor out, detach it from the drive cable, and reinstall in reverse order. Reconnect the battery cable.
