How to Maintain a Wiper Arm on Dodge Neon?

Before working on a wiper arm, park the wiper arm in the vertical position and switch off the ignition. Gently lift the arm cap with a trim stick of type C-4755. Afterward, open the retaining nut on the wiper arm with a wrench and carefully pull the arm straight out as it's positioned over/close to the centre. Be sure to remove metallic pieces from the pivot shafts.
