In order to fix the fuel filler neck, remove the battery, empty the tank, and unscrew the screws that holding the neck. Propped the tank, removed the filler neck, and removed the vent line. Installation Reattach the filler neck and vent and fix the tank and verify that there are no leaks before once more connecting the battery.
