How to Service a Blower Motor Resistor on 2004 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to service the blower motor resistor, deconnect battery negative cable and wait two minutes. Take out the glove box, disconnect the resistor wire harness and unscrew the resistor block. Connect the new block, re-connect the harness and remove the glove box and then reconnect the battery.
