How to Maintain and Fix an Evaporator on 2005 Chrysler 300?

In order to fix the evaporator core, take off the HVAC housing and reach the A/C evaporator. Remove the evaporator and foam seal, and replace the seal in case of damage. Pour 60 milliliters of suggested refrigerant oil into the system and install evaporator and HVAC housing assembly once more.
