How to Service the A/C Clutch Assembly on 2005 Chrysler 300?

To replace the compressor clutch assembly, disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the air intake hose, radiator fan and radiator shroud. Remove the engine wire harness, the clutch plate and the field coil. Install new snap rings, adjust shims for proper air gap and reconnect components.
