  A: First, on vehicles with air bags, turn off the air bag system by removing and isolating the battery negative (ground) cable and wait for two minutes for the capacitor to discharge. Get rid of the HVAC housing and next, remove the bolts on the cover 1. Pull apart the spring clamps and get the cover off. After that, remove the diagram for the heating water flow pipe 2 and the heating water return line 1. Unscrew and remove the heater core together with the heating water pipes. Then remove retainer clip 1 and free the pipe from the heater core. To set up installation, join the heating water pipes to the heater core and hold them together using clip 1. Return the heat exchanger to its place and pipe in the heating water, tie on the other end of the heating water pipe to the socket yoke and finally hook up return line 1 to the heat exchanger. Carefully reposition guide 2 for the heating water flow pipe on the HVAC housing, then fit cover 1 on top and join the spring clamps and bolts. After that, reinstall the HVAC housing.
