  A: Before serving or repairing the cruise control servo, detach the negative battery cable. Tak out the speed control cable and throttle control shield from the throttle body lever. After that, separate the vacuum line from the speed control servo and take out the 2 nuts from the speed control servo studs. With your hands, pull up and push down slowly on the speed control servo from inside the mounting bracket, then disconnect its electrical connector. First, remove and get rid of the 2 push clips and after that detach the retaining clip securing the cable onto the servo. At first, place and screw the retaining clip onto the servo next to the cable. Then, snap and secure the electrical connector to the speed control servo. Place the mounting bracket over the speed control servo and then attach it with nuts from the 2 studs on the speed control servo. Put the vacuum line back on the speed control servo, join the other end of the speed control cable to the throttle lever, place the throttle control shield and finish by connecting the negative battery cable.
