How to Service a Power Steering Hose from the Gear to the Cooler on 2005 Dodge Dakota?

Before you service the hose from the gear to the cooler, you should siphon the power steering and lift and secure the vehicle. At the gear, remove the return hose from its connection and at the cooler, pull the hose out. When installing, connect the hose to the vehicle first, then to the cooler (1), after that to the gear (7) and tighten every hose connection to 37 Nm (27 ft. lbs.). Guide the hose for return fluid safely, take down the support, lower your car and put power steering fluid back in.
