How to Service and Reinstall the Driver's Side Airbag on a Steering Wheel on 2005 Dodge Dakota?

To service the steering wheel, disable and remove the driver's side air bag. Partially loosen the steering wheel bolt and use the puller cj98-1 to push it off. Install new steering wheel matching to spline and tightening new bolt to 61 N.m.
