How to Maintain an Exhaust Heat Shield on 2005 Dodge Durango?

To service the heat shield, lift up the vehicle and remove the screws and nuts holding the heat shield in place. Remove the muffler support hangers and oxygen sensor connectors. Slide out heat shield and then slide it back in tight screws to 7 Nm and mufflers to 23 Nm and lower vehicle.
