How to Replace a Wiper Blade Element on 2005 Dodge Neon?

Open the wiper blade by lifting the wiper arm and take out the old wiper arm part. Depress the tab found at the base of the wiper arm and pull downward to remove the blade assembly. Then, carefully lay the arm tip against the window. After that, free the wiping part from the blade by pulling the rubber and the vertebrae (metal rails) out of the end claw. To install the wiping element, place it in the end of the blade assembly and hold the claw against the vertebrae. After that, slide the blade assembly onto the arm's tip and place the arm tip carefully onto the glass. Ensure that you see the element and the vertebrae in every claw and that the final claw is properly locked into the stopper.
