To service fan clutch 3.7L/4.7L/5.7L fan clutch, check for any damage on the fan blades and water pump assembly. Remove the coolant container and then use Special Tool 6958 to remove the fan assembly. Reinstall the fan and shroud and make sure torque settings are good and test the viscous fan drive.
