How to Replace a Hood Hinge on 2005 Dodge Ram 1500?

To replace hood hinges, remove cowl grille and mark hinge positions. Support the hood, remove the support cylinder and remove nuts and bolts holding the hinge in place. Slide out the old hinge and put in the new one and screw it on. Reinstall the support cylinder, adjust the hood and replace the splash shield and the grille.
