How to Service the Blend Door Actuator on 2005 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Service recirculation door actuator Disconnect battery negative cable followed by the wire harness and the vacuum line. The actuator should be removed by unscrewing and the shaft detached. Installation is the same procedure but this time screws should be tightened to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.) before putting the battery back.
