How to Service the Blend Door Actuator on 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Before starting the service process, first detach and isolate the negative connection of the battery carrying cable. Following this, remove the wire harness and vacuum line from the recirculation door actuator. Take out the screws that hold the actuator to the ventilation housing, unattached the actuator shaft from the recirculation door lever and then remove the whole actuator. During installation, attach the actuator shaft to the recirculation door pivot lever and put in the two screws to secure the actuator to the ventilation housing, tightening them to 2 Nm or 17 in. lbs. Attach the end of the vacuum line and the wire harness to the recirculation door actuator and then restore the battery negative cable.
