How to Accurately Align a Clock Spring in a Steering Wheel on 2005 Dodge Stratus?

In order to align Clock Spring assembly, straighten the steering wheel, remove the air bag and disconnect the wires. Take off the steering wheel, lift off the lock, keep turning the rotor clockwise till it stops, and then three times clockwise. Check The steering wheel and air bag should be reinstalled without connecting the battery until testing.
