To repair the evaporator core, remove the HVAC housing and take it apart in order to access the A/C evaporator. Remove the temperature sensor, lift out the evaporator and replace any damaged seals. If replacement of the evaporator, add 60 ml of recommended refrigerant oil and put the components and HVAC housing back.
