In order to repair the rear door hinge, the upper B-pillar trim and the door should be removed. Removal of inner and outer hinge bolts, followed by the installation of the hinges and fixing the bolts and tightening them to 28 N.m (21 ft.lbs.). Redo the door, line up, and replace the trim.
