  A: Start the throttle body servicing by disconnecting the tube of the air cleaner, then the electrical links to the IAC motor and TPS. Remove all cables connected to the throttle body lever arm and break apart the needed vacuum lines after that. Upon removing three screws from the throttle body, carefully remove the throttle body, take out the old O-ring around the throttle body and the intake manifold and then inspect both. When you install the vehicle, look at the O-ring at the throttle body-to-intake manifold connection and replace it if needed. After cleaning the mating areas of the throttle body and intake manifold, set the O-ring on and connect the throttle body to the manifold. The three bolts for the throttle body should be secured at 12 N-m or 105 in. lbs. of torque. Install the air cleaner duct to the throttle body at last and then attach the control cables, electrical connectors and necessary vacuum lines.
