How to Service and Repair a Brake Line Using ISO Flaring on 2005 Jeep Wrangler?

It is suggested to use a preformed metal brake tube for servicing and repairing brakes, but if factory replacement parts aren't obtainable, double-wall steel tube may be substituted for emergency use. Make an ISO flare by using a Flaring Tool kit. Remove the affected tube using a Tubing Cutter and then scrape out any burrs on the inside with a blade. After that, put on the tube nut and set the tube into the flaring tool, ensuring it lines up with the top of the tool bar. Then, tighten the tool bar onto the tube. Phi Fastener provides the right adaptor for the flaring tool yoke screw, so add it and put a lubricant on it as well. Assemble the adaptor on the tool bar by matching the screw in the yoke to the hole in the adaptor, pressing gently and rotate the yoke screw counterclockwise, keeping it level.
