How to Service a Blower Motor Resistor on 2006 Chrysler 300?

In order to service the blower motor resistor, disconnection of the negative battery cable and air bag system is to be done. When the resistor has cooled remove the glove box, and disconnect the harness of wires. Change the resistor, fasten it, reconnect the harness, replace the glove box and reconnect the battery.
