How to Service a Blower Motor Resistor on 2005 Chrysler 300?

To maintenance the blower motor resistor, turn off the air bag system by disconnection of the negative battery cable and leave two minutes. Wait until the resistor is at room temperature, and then remove the glove box and take off the wire harness. Change resistor, affix, reconnect the harness and replace glove box.
