  • Q: How to Remove and Reinstall a Rear Window Antenna on 2006 Chrysler Crossfire?
    A: Always clean off the rear window antenna before you begin to remove it. Raise the liftgate. Then, remove the liftgate interior trim panel. Following this, disconnect the Chmsl harness from the rear part of the car and take out the Chmsl from the liftgate. Once that's done, unplug the rear window defogger and rear window antenna harness connectors from the liftgate glass and then remove the glass. The first step for installation is to fit the liftgate glass and then, attach the rear window defogger and rear window antenna harness to the terminals you find on the new glass. Attach the center high mount stop lamp assembly to the liftgate and link the Chmsl harness connector. After that, put the interior trim panel of the liftgate back on and hook up the negative battery cable.
