How to Service the Right Wiper Switch on 2006 Chrysler Pacifica?

In order to service the multifunction right switch, disconnect battery negative cable and allow it two minutes to elapse. Unscrew the steering column shrouds and unconnect the wire harness. Replace the switch, and install the new one, reconnect the harness, reassemble the shrouds, and reconnect the battery.
