How to Maintain the Door Lock Switch on 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to service the power door lock switch, you should disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the front door trim panel and disconnect the switch wire connector. Remove the screws on the switch, then reinsert the switch and cut panel, reconnect the wire, and finally reconnect the battery cable.
