  A: Below, we describe how to service the cruise control servo. First, loosen the negative battery cable connector from the battery. After that, take off the vacuum line and electronic connector at the servo. Take out the three screws securing the servos and unplug the servo connection at the throttle body. Take out the two servo cable sleeve mounting nuts, bring the whole sleeve and servo away from the bracket, then remove the clip that's holding the speed control cable sleeve. Take out the servo from its bracket, keeping track of how it faces the ensure it will follow the correct direction. Connect the servo mount to your bracket, making sure the cable connector and servo are lined up and then place the cable-to-servo retaining clip.
