How to Remove and Install a Trunk Lid Latch on 2006 Dodge Durango?

In order to take off the trunk/liftgate latch, first, remove the trim panels, disconnect the actuator rod and the electrical connectors and then, take off the screws and latch. To assemble, screw the latch in place, re-fit the connectors, fit the actuator rod and refix the trim.
