You should fill the power steering pump reservoir first to bleed the brake booster. After that, unplug the fuel shutdown relay and try to start the engine for a few seconds before measuring the fluid and deciding whether more is needed. Engage the fuel shutdown relay once more, then start the engine and move the steering wheel slowly from lock to lock twice. When the engine is stopped, gently press the brake pedal five times to let the accumulator out. Turn the car back on and slowly go from one side of the steering range to the other, two times. After that, turn the engine off and examine the fluid, refilling it if it is too low. If foam is produced, just let it settle and go on to the next two steps.
