In order to service the wheel cylinder, make sure that the parking brake is released and then press the brake pedal and keep it down. Take out the tire, flex hose, brake drum and wheel cylinder. Install the new cylinder and the brake shoes. Assemble again, screw all parts, perform a road test to verify that it is working.
