How to Replace a Door Hinge Without Taking Off the Door on 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

In order to re-fit rear door hinges, open the front door and remove rear door wire harness. Prepare the hinge locations of Mark, prop rear door and loosen 5 bolts. Unattach the hinges and insert new ones and align them with reference marks. Attach the wire harness back again and fit the door accordingly.
