Most effectively, place a jack below the rear axle and support it before you remove the upper link screw from the frame and the nut at the sway bar to remove the link. Start by setting the upper bolt on the sway bar link into the frame and tighten it to 102 Nm (75 ft. lbs.). Afterward, link the sway bar link to the sway bar. Put the nut on, tighten it to 122 Nm (90 ft. lbs.), undo the jack and release the vehicle.
