How to Remove a Washer Pump on 2007 Chrysler Aspen?

In order to replace the windshield washer pump/motor unit, disconnect the battery negative cable. Open the washer tank, un- screw the wire harness and hose, and empty the fluid. To disengage the pump/motor housing, draw the pump/motor housing backwards and twist and pull it upwards. Lastly, remove the rubber grommet seal/filter screen.
