How to Safely Service the A/C Switch on 2007 Chrysler Crossfire?

Before you start servicing the control assembly on vehicles with air bags, you must disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable, wait two minutes for air bag system capacitor discharge and make sure no accidental triggering happens. Disconnect the negative cable on the car battery and then uninstall the radio. After that, unscrew the center console panel and put the finish panel somewhere safe. To remove the A/C heater control module, press the catch lugs on its sides and unplug the electrical connector which pulls straight off when you swing the retaining bow down.
