How to Remove the Lower Intake Manifold on 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?

First, do the fuel pressure release before removing the lower intake manifold and then drain the cooling system. After that, take out the upper intake manifold and remove the fuel line. Disconnect the heater supply hose, take out the temperature sensor and remove both the ignition coil and the bracket. Cut off the power connector to the fuel injector wire harness and get rid of all the fuel injectors and supporting rail mounts. Before removing the lower intake manifold, take out the upper radiator hose and all of the intake manifold bolts. Beware while refitting the intake manifold gasket as it is thin and can possibly damage you. Next, take out seal retainers bolt 2 as well as the intake manifold gasket 3, inspect and clean the manifold.
