How to Install an Intake Manifold on 2008 Chrysler Pacifica?

On the manifold, put on four 1/4-diameter beads of Mopar(R) Engine RTV GEN II on each corner of the manifold, where it meets the cylinder head master gasket. Gently fit the intake manifold gasket in place and fasten the end seal retainer screws to 12 Nm (105 in.lbs.). After that, fit the lower intake manifold by tightening the bolts and making a series of 1 Nm (10 in.lbs.), 22 Nm (200 in.lbs.) and 22 Nm (200 in.lbs.). When everything is secure on the manifold, mount both rails, the injection assembly, the electrical harness for the fuel injectors and the coolant, radiator and heater hoses to the manifold. After that, place the upper intake manifold, connect the negative battery cable, add coolant to the cooling system and attach the negative battery cable again.
