How to Install a Fuel Level Sensor for Optimal Performance on 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?

First attach the fuel level sensor card to the module; and then connect the electrical connector for the fuel level sensor card to install the fuel level sensor. Then, put the module top on the module and set the module into the tank with the unit level direction towards the back. Make sure that the new seal is properly seated in the tank groove, lock ring on 1/4 turn and all 5 tabs are seated when installing the module lock ring. Then reconnect the vapor line and electrical connector and install the fuel tank, reconnect the negative battery cable and fill the fuel tank. Finally pressurize the fuel system and use the scan tool to check for leaks.
