How to Maintain and Fix a Power Window Switch on 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before you begin, disconnect and separate the battery's negative cable. For this step, detach the bezel and separate the electrical harness at the front switch. Use a trim stick (C-4755 replacement tool or its equivalent) to slowly lift the switch out of the bezel. On sedans only, before starting, disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable, then use a trim stick or equivalent tool to pry at the top of the switch. After all connections are intact, fremove the switch and unplug the harness connectors.
