How to Install and Calibrate a Blend Door Actuator on 2007 Chrysler Sebring?

Remove the air distribution housing on the right side and then carefully slide the mode door actuator onto the bracket. Adjust the actuator slowly to make the splines in the actuator outlet fit with the splines found on the mode air door linkage. Fix the air distribution housing to the mode door actuator with screws, keeping tightness around 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Insert the wire harness connector onto the mode door actuator, install the glove box bin and link the negative battery cable again. After that, use your scan tool to launch the Actuator Calibration function.
