After that, take away the seat cushion trim cover or seat back trim cover for your pickup truck. After that, separate the wires from the inoperative electrically powered seat element. After that, cut the wires connected to the inoperative heating element so they end at the edge of the first heating element. The factory heating elements in the seat are unable to be removed without causing damage to the seat cover, so do not attempt to remove them. You should put the replacement element directly on the top of the element found in the factory-made heater.
