How to Maintain and Fix a Washer Pump on 2007 Chrysler Sebring?

Before repairing or servicing the windshield washer pump, disconnect and isolate the battery negative remote cable. Partially remove the bumper fascia so you can reach the reservoir pump and put a drain bucket underneath the reservoir to keep out any leaking washer solvent. Take the pump in your hand, twist it once, then pull it quickly from the reservoir, caring not to puncture the reservoir. After you've removed the rubber grommet from the cartridge, throw it out.
